Happy Easter!!! He has risen!
A twofer! The big cat was playing with the little one on the rock. It was really cute.
Much of our walk was on either dirt or gravel roads with a little bit of macadam. All things considered, this was a good second day for Dennis because it was relatively flat.
We are in the French wine country. The spring green leaves are just beginning to unfurl. Soon there will be tiny grapes.
Such a cute little pond.
This made me laugh. Look at the huge motor home in the garage. We know where their priorities are!
Miracle of Miracles. There was a snack stand at about the halfway point but no Coca-Cola Zero. Oh well. Big Sigh. We split a hot panini of ham and cheese. Good snack for the morning.
More trails.
And we shared the road.
I thought this a most unusual rose window.
The church at Lupec. What I found unusual was the center window for lack of a better term was not a window but rather a mosaic. I have never seen that.
This middle window actually shows St. James.
The outside of the church.
Dennis and I each had an enormous hamburger at this cute little restaurant.
We are staying way out in the country at a B & B. The total mileage was 12.5. I am rushing this because I am trying to do it at dinner. There is no net in our room.
More tomorrow.
